About The Role
We are looking for a critical thinking problem-solver with experience of delivering value, to design solutions which make complex datasets easy to understand and enable clients to use their data to operate strategically and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
-Development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of data models
-Creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
-Analysis and visualisation of data
-Requirements capture
-Understanding of and ability to implement data governance and compliance
Skills:
-Expertise in Power BI tools (including Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio)
-Expertise in DAX
-Expertise in SQL
-Strong
analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working systems
-Experience of working directly with client stakeholders
Also desirable:
-Understanding of and ability to implement performance optimisation
-Related certifications, e.g. Microsoft Data Analyst Associate
-Activity on Microsoft Power BI Forums
